Hi all, I have purchased a PAYG sim, and need to set up my voicemail. Dialling 121 I get the option to setup VM band the get the option "if you require connection to VM service press 1. PRessing 1 gets me to "it has not been possible to connect you the VM service".
And that's it. As per usual(in my experience) Vodafone are unavailable either on the phone or webchat chat so I'm stuck. Can anyone assist please?

Hi @cawuk1, our Pay as You Go sims have a voicemail automatically set up, so you won't need to set this up manually. Calls to 121 use your standard plan or bundle minutes, so you have minutes available on your Pay As You Go sim?
