Trying to add voucher to my husbands payg he has not used it for a couple of years but the call to 2345 keeps failing

I really hate to be the bearer of bad news , in line with all networks when the SIM has not been used for 180 total days the service will be disconnected from the network.
Unfortunately, your Husband will need a new SIM with a different number. If he logs onto the PAYG section of the website he can order a SIM from there and add the voucher.

Thanks for your speedy response. As I have already purchased a voucher will a sim from Argos work?
