Big Value Bundle not reflecting

I am a pay as you go Vodafone UK customer. I am roaming in South Africa and paid £30 for a Big Value Bundle yesterday. This is not reflecting in my account for some reason. Please help.

Hi @JulianPienaar 

 

I suspect the reason for this may be due to the Big Value Bundles not being valid in South Africa.  The  roaming charges for South Africa are on this page:  Travelling Abroad this means you will need extra credit for calls, texts and data and some of the credit may have been used to cover these charges.

 

There may be just a delay in adding the bundle and this would be valid for 30 days for UK and EU destinations.
