For some time now I have been using a big value bundle which renews every month. I top up my credit and Vodafone takes £10 and I have unlimited texts calls etc. Just three days ago I received the usual notification to top up my credit as the bundle was about to renew, so I duly obliged and as normal the bundle renewed. Then today I received a text from Vodafone saying "quick heads up your big value bundle has ended" followed by instructions to renew the bundle and pay another £10. What gives?
