Can someone confirm that Vodafone and VOXI are the same speed before I purchase?

I am thinking of getting a VOXI 20GB SIM, but before I pay for VOXI, can someone please confirm that speeds on VOXI and Vodafone are absolutely identical?

Voxi is a MVNO that runs off Vodafone and is run by Vodafone @Anonymous  so the data speeds and network signal will be the same.
