Cannot log into the MyVodafone App on my new iPhone SE , Says Please enter a valid number.

Hi, I cannot log into the MyVodafone App , It says Please enter a Valid Number. (I Tried my Username and password, from my old phone, but it doesn't work, even though I just reset the password via the old phone)

I have entered my mobile (PAYG) number

I also tried the option at the bottom where it says if I have the SIM in and am connected via Mobile Data, but when I try this it tells me that "Due to services unavailability we were unable to retrieve your information data (S-4003) " 

I am moving to an iPhone SE from my old Android. The Android still works and I can log in on that but don't want to have to keep my old phone just for this.

Any ideas would be great.

Hi @Majik01. Thanks for getting in touch with us, have you attempted to uninstall and reinstall the App to see if that works, then start the process from the beginning? If you continue to have issues, please drop my team a message here and they can take a further look into your account.
