Cannot make calls after purchasing “Big Value bundle” plan

Hi there! I’ve purchased the “Big Value bundle” plan with my available £10 top up credit. Unfortunately, I am unable to make calls - I am resulted with nil credit available, whilst trying to make any such calls. Any such assistance would be appreciated.
