Hi @Arsensean. It's important to note that VOXI does not accept topping up as a form of payment for a plan. Topping-up is for out-of-plan charges such as international calls and premium calls/text messages that aren't included in the plans.

You pay for VOXI the same way you pay for Netflix for example. You simply register a valid payment card and purchase a plan via the 'My Plan' tab only in your VOXI account online - payment will be taken automatically every 30 days.
