I cant receive calls from Sky Mobile and i havent ported.

This happened around when my Big Value Bundle ran out, but i could still receive calls from non-sky numbers. Why is this, and how do i fix it?

A lot depends on how long it has been since you topped up or added a bundle @fruitkitty .

If you're unable to receive calls from Sky this would also affect EE numbers.
