The data would come included with the BVB. I am wondering if your problem here is being unable to access the internet on your phone, this would more than likely due to incorrect APN settings. I would recommend texting WEB to 40127, this will configure the APN settings and update your SIM on the network.

As far as the extra data is concerned Vodafone were running a summertime promotion from 1st July to mid September and the extra data would have shown on your application or online account.
