Cancel old account number

I require an old payg account number terminated. I am unable to sign-in to my Vodafone fibre broadband account to make any changes.

Can't get a login code

I need to login to myvodafone to change some settings, but I can't get a code. Every time I ask for a security code , there is a long delay before anything comes through and then when it does the message just says 'minutes' !  I get my codes through ...

Resolved! PAYG no bundle

Hi Trying to get my Grandpa sorted with his phone. I put him a bundle for 30 days but he really doesnt need it.Is it possible to just top up say £5 and that lasts until credit runs out? if so i cant see an option for this, Thanks for any help Harry

Do I need credit to receive calls

I have switched from monthly contract to PAYG as i live in Spain, it was switched over today and now I cannot receive calls, it comes up as network busy on callers phone. I can receive SMS okay. Do I need credit to receive calls.

3x data not showing in account
