3x data not showing in account

Hi. Just signed up to PAYG BVB £10 5GB and the sim came in a booklet that said I get 3x data for the first 3 bundles.

My account is only showing 5GB. Do I need to call customer service or does the data bet added later.

Hey @Raym55 Does the booklet not advise how to redeem the extra data? If not, or you're having a problem doing this, pop us a message through one of our social channels with your full name mobile number and a link to this thread and we'll be happy to look into it 👀

Thanks Mark. Contact made and problem mostly sorted. Seems there was an issue at their end so I have to message them at the start of a new bundle so they can add the extra GB. 👍
