Haven't got 20GB of free data

Hi, I've bought the prepaid simcard in the airport yesterday. It said this sim has 20GB of free data, however, I haven't got any free data after swap the sim. I've also got messages says download my settings to get my data up, but safari couldn't download due to unknown error. How can I get my free data?

Try texting WEB to 40127 to see if the internet settings are then sent.

In regards to the 20gb I'd suggest to check the packaging and or speak with Live Chat or customer service on 191 as I'm assuming there will be criteria to meet before the data is added such as choosing a bundle.
