Hi there! If I bought 15GB of data but my account only says 6GB, why is this? My account says 3.12of 6GB used but I should have 3.12 of 15GB.

Hi @e_harris 

 

If you have only purchased the bundle, the extra data will be added within 24 hours and you will receive an SMS notification when the promotional data has been added.

 

You will use the core basic allowance first, when this has been used the promotional data will start.
