I'm an American& just recharged my monthly 'tourist sim" for the 3rd & final time for this trip in Spain. Got the normal test saying I have another 100GB for the next month. But then I got a text saying "After renewing you have reached the cumulative GB limit". Is there a limit on the number of times you can recharge a SIM if you are not an EU resident?
