Urgently need to call an international number to make a flight change but every time I try and call the number I get call failed. I have checked the opening times of the line and I am within their opening times and have increased my spending limit to reflect the charges of the call but I still can’t get through. Has anyone else had any issues with this or is it just me? Am I doing something obviously wrong?
