My my Vodafone app is down and it erroneously renewed my expired bundle without me requesting it to which means that my bundle is the wrong one

Try clearing the cache of the app @punkty24
In regards to your bundle as there is no access to accounts via this forum please contact customer services via phone or Live Chat, or the team via Facebook or X

Use another phone / device if possible or ring 191 🤔

I have tried ringing 191 a few times and it takes me all the way through to the point where it asks me why I'm calling it accepts what I'm telling that and then it just rings once and hangs up
