PAC and Port didn't work - 9 weeks later no text and no banking access

I ported my number ( of 20 years out which i use for work) out of Vodafone in April and as I finally found out today it turns out there has been an issue during this period for lots and lots of people trying to port their numbers to various  networks. Anyone else? The PAC codes went through but bits of the service are missing, split port, so I can't receive texts and some incoming calls... so my number isn't working properly and i'm now stranded without access to most of my apps. Vodafone customer service refusing to help resolve, tell me to go to my new network who tell me to go to Vodafone. Terrible customer service all round.

Any issues with a pending or completed port are the responsibility of the gaining provider, not the losing provider. Only the network that you gave the PAC to can resolve a split port issues. If they refuse to help then make a complaint.
