eSIM process for new customer

Signed up for Vodafone a few days ago for eSim monthly. The only communication I've received is an email stating my number will be ported tomorrow. I haven't received an email with the QR code yet. Will the email with the QR code come before the number is ported or after? I'm concerned I'll be left with no working SIM if the email comes after the port and I no longer have any data access.

Hey @ryan9000, the QR code will be sent to your email once your porting is completed as we cannot provide a QR code for a number we don't yet have on our system. 

 

If you already have a temporary number with us to port over to, then please get in touch with us here, so we can help send the QR code.
