No refund after 15Gb of data not received

Purchased 15Gb of data for my iPad Air. Never, received this-over a month ago-no refund given . Only phone calls regarding the complaint I made regarding this issue. Not needing to talk just wanted what I paid for .  Anyone any idea how to get a refund from Vodafone?

What have Vodafone Customer services said about this to you ?

 

They can check what's been used on your account and your top up history. 

 

The Vodafone Social Media Teams via Vodafone Facebook and Vodafone Twitter which are the official pages can help too.

 

Another option is to use the Complaints Procedure.

Customer Service were no help at all. I’m going to get the small claims court to deal with this as it was their mistake. The money was there to continue my Big Value Bundle but they messed up. As it isn’t the first time I’ll be asking for a judgment against their procedures as well. Vodafone just will not refund anyone for anything and are acting like gangsters.  I’ll also be contacting newspapers and putting it all over the internet. Just out and out crooks as far as I’m concerned. Doubt if I’ll be a customer for much longer.
