I'm currently in France but to do some paperwork for home, I need to have a UK Number.
I have received a PAYG card, I'm able to call and text but not receive.
The customers support team is not answering due to Covid19 and the online chat is closed.
Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue?
To activate correctly the first chargeable connection has to be made in the UK on the local network, if this has not been done it may be the cause of your trouble.
When it comes to roaming Vodafone have a fair usage policy and roaming is only intended for short periodic travel it is not for long term use and with being a UK network you are expected to return to the UK.
