Pay as you go Plus and the app

Hi. I have recently become a pay as you go plus customer. Since then the app does not show any information about my plan or let me manage it. I have read that the app is the only way to manage the plan.

what do I do now? Does anyone else have this?  (I have done all the restarting and resetting recommended) Thanks

Yes @Melly78374 , you will have made some outgoing action. As you're a new customer it can take the App a few days to catch up with all the account details. 

If you still have problems next week return to the thread and the Social Team will help.  Fingers crossed all will be working.

You need to speak to the Social Team through social channels regarding this here Contact Us 

To check you are using mobile data and not a WiFi connection to access the App, this is needed for the first access to locate the account.

Sorry @Melly78374 I have edited my reply with the correct information.  Don't worry the Social Team will get this solved for you to be able to manage the account.
