Confusing ordering system not helped by twitter help

So i wanted to order a new pixel 9 pro xl which currently has a deal on where you where you save up to £576 on an airtime plan plus save £72 on your phone and also a bonus on your trade in for a pixel 8 pro totalling £530.

I wanted to do order the 8gb extra package which is says is available for £7 instead of £23 airtime, the cost of the phone at £50 plus £27 a month over 36 months on the device plan.I have a pixel 8 pr to trade in with a bonus so it says the trade in price is £530.

So i worked it out at around £11.80 a month with the trade in added but for some reason the vodafone advisor said it would be around £19.I cannot see how.

Anyone advise?
