I am having endless problems using my mobile phone on Vodafone payg.
When I dial the automated lines to topup, 9 times out of ten it asks me which number I'm calling about and then says it can "only help with the number you are calling from", when in fact I AM requesting help about the number I'm calling from.
If I try to dial 191, I often get stuck in an endless series of instructions where the automated speech cuts out before the instruction is finished, and/or I am asked to state or key in some information, but before I can even begin to do so, I get a recorded message saying "Sorry...", then the whole thing repeats or sometimes it logs me off the call. On the rare occasions I get through to a human, they apologise, but never explain why these things keep happening. Then next time I need to top up or buy a bundle it happens again.
Is this happening to everyone or is it just my bad luck? I am seriously thinking of changing provider.

Hi @zhan_a_marr This isn't what we like to hear! If you're struggling to top up through our phone systems, you can also top up online here. You can also do this through the MyVodafone app. Do you the app at the moment?
