Query of Usage Details not working

The page to check My Usage Details has stopped working. It sends a SMS to my phone with 6 digits that I type in, and then this error message appears

Invalid url parameter format for
447961199xxx in request. Correct
format is 9?0?5\d{9}
Go to home page

I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling. But this does not help. I think the error is somewhere in Vodafone's systems since the website is also not responding to a request to show my Usage Details. It is odd that the number 447961199xxx that is quoted is one of a friend who tried to phone me when I was disconnected. The Usage Details page was working fine yesterday.
