Is jt a possibility that you haven't used your sim card within the last 180 days which would mean the account may have been suspended  ?

If so then a person has 90 days to re activate.

Whether this is the issue or not please contact customer service using Live Chat, via a Vodafone phone that works and ring 191 or 0333 3040191
