What is going on with Vodafone and the useless app. Stopped working for me last year and guess what it’s not working again - error 4300. Yes I’ve reset everything, deleted old versions of the app blah blah blah as advised by Vodafone and it still doesn’t work, yes I can still view my account if I log in via the web, but it’s a faff. Please don’t ask me to clear anything, uninstall etc as I’ve done it all and sick of being told the same thing by Vodafone. I have raised a complaint as it’s been over 6 weeks now and all I keep getting is a weekly phone call from Vodafone saying they are still working on resolving the issues - it’s been passed to the IT team.
Seriously Vodafone sort it out!

Also it’s not actually a query, I have an actual problem with the app!

@Charcharlp Our social media will also be able to chase up any updates or notes regarding your complaint if you provide them with your reference number. I'm sorry the above fix @Tash provided hasn't worked for you, we're aware it's an issue for customers at the moment and are working on it as quickly as we can.
As far as I'm aware, error 4300 is a mixture of different errors whereby the information isn't being pulled through to the app correctly, we've not been updated further than that I'm afraid.

Crikey we are now almost in October and my app still doesn’t work!
How can this be ! Still no closer to getting an answer, although I do get a weekly phone call telling me this and it’s still being looked at, hey perhaps by Christmas 🎄 it may work.
Still no idea why it doesn’t work and what exactly 4300 is - bizarre Vodafone!
