Signup bundle not showing

I signed up to a 15GB data PAYG package for £10, my account is only showing 5GB. Do I need to do something special for the correct bundle to show on my account?

Hi @mikeparkie 

 

If you are a new PAYG customer the extra data will be added within 24 hours.  The information you need is here: Summer Data Promotion on Pay as you go (1 July to 22 September 2021) 

It was not added, same experience on my wifes plan also.
