That's a conundrum @Perth as the first is to do with Vodafone Payg bundles / listening to your balance , with the second number to stop Vodafone promotional texts.
I'd suggest to first try your sim card in another phone and try but if that does not help or you do not have another phone to try then speak with customer support on 191 and or Live Chat.
