I started a transfer from Vodafone to voxi 4 days ago. I was told it would only take 15-20 mins and a maximum of 24 hours. I am now 4 days on and can’t use my phone as voxi say the transfer is stuck open. Every day they say it will be another 24 hours but nothing changes. Vodafone say they can’t do anything and it is all down to voxi (even though voxi is part of Vodafone). Given the awful service I want to move elsewhere but neither of them can give me my PAC code. Please can someone help.

Hey @Jcbjcb Thanks for reaching out. Apologies for the experience you've had when moving from Vodafone to VOXI.
The information regarding the PAC not being able to be provided is correct. This is due to the order with your number in being stuck. Once it's completed, you'll then be able to request your PAC if you still intend on leaving.
If you reach back out to VOXI again, they'll be able to escalate the order to be completed if this hasn't already been done.
