Recently I have just moved to Vodafone leaving another network provider, so when I made my contract, I used a PAC number to transfer my number to Vodafone. When the workers at Vodafone was setting everything up the system to do so froze and wouldn’t let them register my order, so to resolve the issue they made another Vodafone account with the same email and it did fix it, they were able to complete the set up. I have my new phone with my old number, but when I tried logging in onto my Vodafone , I logged in using the username, which is my email , and the password they gave me in my email, however since there were two accounts with my email, they send two emails with different password, so I logged in but when I do, it says my account is inactive as it’s the one the workers cancelled since the system wasn’t working properly but now I can’t login onto the other one so I’m stuck with an inactive account and I can’t check out my plan and billing details. What do i do?

This will be straightforward for Vodafone to solve for you @7q2q0 , they will probably need to delete the account/s to enable you to reregister a fresh account.
I would recommend the Social Team for this, they will be able to confirm your plan and billing information at the same time and address and other questions you have. The Team can be contacted through social channels by following the information on this link: Contact Us
