Hi. A Voxi customer here, but in recent days I have received 2 one-time-access codes via text from Vodafone.
Just wanting to know no scam or something is happening - Voxi say speak to Vodafone - Vodafone will not answer call because it recognises it as a Voxi number.

Hey @teabag2,
Receiving an OTAC doesn't sound as though it would be spam. Do you have any Vodafone lines that your VOXI account could be on the same account as? If so, this could have been sent to yourself when trying pass security for a different persons device on your account.
Also, if you've contacted VOXI for any reason, OTAC's are used for security so that an agent can take a look at your account, VOXI OTAC's will come from Vodafone.
If non of these apply to yourself, we'll be able to able to get to the bottom of this if you contact us via webchat or social media here
Let us know how you get on!

Thanks for reply 👍
Contact was made twice to Voxi WebChat several days before these OTAC's came through - security verification was passed using the Voxi account pin set-up though, but maybe the system did automatically send the OTAC's - just several days late though.
Will shout again if anymore come through.
