Voicemail

Can someone kindly guide me I need to setup voicemail on my phone after 3 rings with conditions:

1) Go to Voicemail unanswered after three rings

2) Go to Voicemail if there is no signal

3) Go to voicemail if phone is switched off.

I recall there use to be a code you dial on your phone to enable these feature can someone guide me please would appreciate it.

Hi @helix8721 

The best way to do this is from the call application settings on your phone.  At a guess you are using Android, press the call button, three dots at the top, settings, scroll down to supplementary services, call forwarding.

thanks but that mean my Andoird phone needs to be on which is not possible sometime during the day at work, is it not possible to do it from the network end with a code ?

You can set up calls to voicemail from your phone or by logging into your online account here: How do I manage call diverts? 

There is further information from this link: Conditional Call Forwarding 

As you are on PAYG, you will only be able to divert calls to voicemail and ideally this is done directly from the phone.
