Pay as you go - no credit

Hi

My work have given me a pay as you go phone and sent a sim, phone and the card it came in has 5gb data and £10 of credit.  However, after setting it all up the credit is not on the phone and I don't know how to get the £10 on it as it doesn't have a 12 digit code on it.

Any ideas?

The code will be on the receipt or top up voucher @carolleyland73 .

If you do not have this go back to your employer.

The top up card came from Argos by post and no receipt in the bag.

Hey @carolleyland73 I hope you're well! Could you please pop a message to the Social Media team here with the account details or mobile number and a link to this thread. They can then securely access the account and check that the SIM is activated with the top up 🙂
