Received my voxi sim today. Before using it, I’ve got o2 and ee sims.
I checked o2 and i get full signal bars and 176mb download on a speedtest. I then checked EE and i get full signal bars and 198mb download. I checked on voxi sim and I get 2 bars signal with 33mb download.
I used the same phone (iphone 12 pro max) and did not move position, stayed seated on my couch throughout all three tests. I also checked the mobile data settings and network provider settings as suggested.
The support agent (Meenu) said I’m sorry but that’s the speeds you’ll get… however, I can offer you an “exquisite” vodafone deal instead…..
So is Voxi a scam network setup to just tunnel customers into Vodafone? Really annoyed with the whole experience.

Hey @UnhappyCust2023. It's disappointing to see your comments, concerns and feedback regarding your recent experience. It's firstly important to note that VOXI is a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) powered and run by Vodafone. VOXI is also a flexible monthly subscription that you can change, pause or cancel anytime, offering a wide variety of features and services not offered on a Vodafone Pay as you go bundle - for example, unlimited social media, unlimited video, friends with benefits rewards programme and much more.
In regards to your network connection, we would recommend checking out the Vodafone Network Status Checker tool online which will advise you on how our network’s performing where you are – including coverage, speed expectations and up-to-date information on anything going on that might be affecting your signal and services.
