I purchased a voxi sim, chosen a plan and account setup. Had email with username etc.
Received sim today.
Trying to activate now on voxi site, after entering sim number it asks me to create account and choose a plan, but I already did this when I ordered the sim.
Seem to be going in circles now as I can't login to the already made account as sim isn't activated and to activate it wants me to register..
Am I missing something here ?

When you have registered the SIM, it can take up to 24 hours for the account to be active and for the SIM to activate.
When the SIM activates you may need to change the APN settings here: Voxi APN settings

Apparently because I received the pre configured SIM over the weekend, the system didnt automatically activate the card, due to it being the weekend I was told. Manual activation was done by customer services, all up and running during the afternoon the next day.
