Top Up pay as go with credit card from EU, big problem!

Hello there,

i have Croatian and French credit card, in last 2 years im top up my sim without any problem. But in  last 10-12 days vodafone change billing policy and make some problems for users without U.K. credit cards.

Paypal payment is too big problem, pending status for much payments.

I try 10 times top up with paypal 4 sucess, 3 rejected, 3 PENDING. 
"This is a temporary authorization to make sure your payment method will cover the payment. Your payment method will be charged when Vesta Payment Solutions UK Limited completes your order."

Dear friends do you have any online store out of vodafone official page where we can buy online top ups vouchers £10, £20 or £30 ? Please help!

All the ways to top up a Vodafone UK Payg account is detailed within > How-can-I-top-up-my-phone-or-another-number. 

Alternatively if you know someone in the UK ask them to purchase a Vodafone top up Voucher and send you the code.

Alternatively use a local sim card.
