I got a new SIM card, added £10 credit, and that has, without my say so, been converted to a £10 bundle, and will therefore expire in 30 days, taking my credit with it. I did not opt for this. I have opted out now, to prevent a repeat, but is there a way to get my credit back?

Providing you called 2345 to opt out within your 30 day period, your account should have been put onto Vodafone 1 where you would only be charged £1.00 per day on the days you used the phone.
