SIM purged off network

We have SIMs in meters, therefore static, that only communicate over SMS.  Unfortunately a number are being purged off the network.  Is there a time limited from activation, before inactivity forces the SIM to be kicked off the network?.

Card Payment Failed

I tried to topup my sim card, I encountered the card payment failure many times .I tried both of revolute virtual debit card and physica credit card issued by bank, all result failed.I am almost running out of data...How can I solve this issue???

Hi~How can I know Vodafone package by check SIM card?I have a SIM card that is not use yet. However there is not outside packing so I don't know what package for it. Is possible to find related information by check serial number in CIM card?

Signup bundle not showing

I signed up to a 15GB data PAYG package for £10, my account is only showing 5GB. Do I need to do something special for the correct bundle to show on my account? Thanks in adv.
