Can I switch to PAYG1?

If I buy a new smart phone locked to Vodafone that comes with a £10 bundle can I switch to PAYG1 once the month has expired? Or would I need another sim or phone to do this?

Cancelling a Big Bundle from renewing

I'd like to stop the Big Bundle from renewing but when I dial 2345 there is no option to cancel the BB & as my 'phone is not a SMART 'phone I cannot download the Vodafone app. Please can someone tell me how I can cancel the BB?

Resolved! Incorrect data showing

Hi there! If I bought 15GB of data but my account only says 6GB, why is this? My account says 3.12of 6GB used but I should have 3.12 of 15GB.
