change from voxi to Vodafone

I currently have a voxi pay as you go and would like to change to Vodafone pay as you go.

what do I need to do?

Vodafone and Voxi are the same company and have made this a simple process.  To complete the change you use the same SIM card and select the PAYG plan you would like to move to and Vodafone will make the change.

I am sure this thread will be answered by the Social Team for confirmation on how to move the number to Vodafone PAYG.

Just to let you know Vodafone recently changed the process, the way to get this solved and move your number from Voxi to Vodafone is by following the web chat link here where you will be connected to a advisor or calling 08080057451.

Hi @sjferguson Thanks for your message. To move from VOXI to Vodafone Pay as you go, just pop the VOXI team a message on Live Chat - they'll be able to look into this for you.
