Hello, I have topped up £10, but by mistake it have automatically been given £10 Big Value Bundle which I don't want. The instructions are not clear enough, I'm really helpless when something like this happens. I opted out the Big Bundle, but it still in this month's fees. Can I cancel it, and ask for getting back my credit?

Hi @loravava

Vodafone don't make this very clear, the trick is to opt out of a BVB before topping up for the first time or your credit will automatically be converted into a bundle.

Vodafone may be unable to help with the BVB this time but your next top up should be for the PAYG 1 tariff.  However, no harm asking, you can speak to Customer Services or online through live chat.  Alternatively, speak to the Social Team here: Contact Us

Hi @loravava

Taking a look at the Vodafone Terms and Conditions here https://www.vodafone.co.uk/terms-and-conditions Vodafone can give refunds for unused Credit,  but if that credit has been converted to a Bundle then they won't issue a refund unfortunately.
