Hi @Japanfan 

 

Limited service means you are in a location where the signal is poor, try moving to an alternative location and see if it improves.  You can also try rebooting the phone, but this should fix itself when you are in an alternative location.

Can you try a soft reboot by turning your phone Off and On and maybe remove the sim card and re insert it.

Also as a process of elimination try your sim card in another phone.

Customer services via Live Chat or 191 or the Vodafone Social Media Team's can access your account to check on their end Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.
