mobile phone is saying Limited Service, how do I fix this so I can use it again?

Hi @Japanfan
Limited service means you are in a location where the signal is poor, try moving to an alternative location and see if it improves. You can also try rebooting the phone, but this should fix itself when you are in an alternative location.

Thanks, I have just found out that the phone registry has expired because I have not used it in over 90 days. Thank you for your reply.

Can you try a soft reboot by turning your phone Off and On and maybe remove the sim card and re insert it.
Also as a process of elimination try your sim card in another phone.

Thank you, I have just been informed that because I have not used my phone for over 90 days it has expired and I will need a new sim card. Thanks for your reply.
