I've recently got an Ulefone Note6 and a Vodafone Everyone Connected Sim which I'm hoping to move the number from my old PAYG Vodafone "dumbphone" to. The Sim card activates okay and I get a 4G signal according to the "bars" but no internet or data other than wi-fi. I got a message from Vodafone saying the data needs to be "activated" and it redirects me to a page asking me to "choose my phone model". Mine isn't there and there's no indication of what to do if it's not listed.
I tried live chat with Vodafone help whilst in a wifi pub a couple of days ago and they suggested texting "WEB" to a number, which doesn't seem to have done anything, as well as changing APN settings which the phone says I can't do.
Any suggestions?

Follow this link and enter the APN settings manually @Zagrebista making sure you enter the pre paid settings for PAYG.
How do I set up my phone for internet access and picture messaging (MMS)
If you continue to have problems, try live chat first, they will be able to send the settings to your phone.

@Zagrebista According to GSMArena on this link : GSM Arena - Ulefone Note 6 with this being a budget phone and only operating on GSM or HSPA network not sure why you are able to see 4G on the phone and I am sure this is where your issue lies. 3G is being turned off next year and you will only have the GSM network for your internet settings, this is going to be slow. Try going into your network connection settings on the phone and selecting GSM only and see if it makes a difference.
Fortunately, you will still be able to make calls and send texts for your Everyone Connected and have the use of a WiFi connection for your internet use.

Hi,
Following the video seems to have worked although getting through to where I could put in the details was a faff, you actually have to bring up a menu on the screen that says "this user" can't edit the settings, then edit them and save. 😕
Despite what's online, I'm definitely getting a 4G signal on this phone, I bought it a few days ago so possibly they've updated the phone to connect to 4G if 3G is due to be phased-out next year?
Thanks, folks, will be back if any more problems.

Thats weird that the phone won't let you manually input the apn settings and if your seeing a 4G connection icon in the status bar then you should be able to access the Internet.
I'm wondering if you have a Vodafone Highstreet Store local that they can assist you.
They did for me in regards to Internet connection on my phone @Zagrebista
