Hi spoke to someone online this evening, I specifically asked for a pac code, she has terminated my number. I told her she’s deleted my number so she decided to end the chat. I need my number back I’ve had it over 20 years. Can someone help

This is one for the Social Team @srtownsley82 , send them a message through social channels here Contact Us the Team will have all the necessary account access and will be able to get the account reinstated for you to request a PAC.

Networks have made it easier to get a PAC by texting PAC to 65075, you can also get a PAC through your online account by selecting switch my number. Follow the guide here Cancel account
