It has been over 24 hours of my new SIM card activation. Still no service, take SIM card in and out from slot thousand times and restarting of my phone hundred times still nothing. So upset.

My case has moved up to higher priority team to dealing with, because they never facing this matter before. The manager of customer service told me that my number has disconnected from Vodafone as well, need to get registered to Vodafone again, might take some time between now till Tuesday(might be Bank holiday delay). I went to store just now offer me a FREE temporary pay as you go for now till sort the mess out.
