Airtime rewards - charge to bill

Hi

I have seen I need to go to charge to bill option to have airtime rewards setup for Vodafone.

I went to subscriptions+ only entertainment apps are there. Can't see anything to do with airtime rewards. Can anyone advise how I can set this up so I can have airtime rewards go towards my bill?

There is information on the Money Saving Expert website @rayted 

As far as I can see you earn cashback from selected retailers and will need to download the App from the Play Store or Apple Store where you are able to reduce to mobile phone bill every time you shop with the loyalty app.

I have that info - my issue is getting Vodafone setup with it - the instructions don't work!
