Hello
I keep getting an error message when I try to redeem/ activate the 3 months for £1 Amazon Prime offer.
error message is
Oh dear
We'll take you back to the home page.
I’ve tried contacting vodafone by Facebook messenger and was told I’m not eligible as I’m on a “basic”‘plan. But the t’s and c’s of the basic plans state veryme is available, it doesn’t mention anywhere that these plan’s cannot use veryme rewards.
The lady I spoke to kept talking about the entertainment pack which I’m aware is not available to me on a basic plan but that’s not what I’m talking about.
Plus can someone help?

It's surprising you have been given incorrect information from the Social Team @Ashleabela , Very Me is definitely available on a Basics Plan, this is explained under Plan Details here Basics
There is a previous thread with the same problems here https://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Off-topic/Vodafone-Rewards-Problem-activating-3-months-Amazon-Prime-...
Definitely worth sending the Facebook Team a further message.

Thank you! I saw this previous thread which seems unresolved so I wondered if anyone else had issues and got it fixed.

Yes, I have been having issues. I have contacted the social media team several times and have had a variety of excuses on why it isn't working. I have tried WiFi off, changed 'charge to bill', used different web browser, and used the entertainment portal link. On the last excuse the told me that I had to be a customer for 90 days ( not in T&C's). The 90 days have passed and still not working. I wonder what excuse they will come up with next! 🤔

Interesting… the person I was talking to on FB messenger has just stopped replying to me 😂
I’ve only just joined Vodafone but can’t see anything in the t’s and c’s about being a customer for a minimum period! I just think they don’t know why it’s not working… Frustrating though as it’s a good deal!!

Having received this VeryMe offer a few weeks back, I'd not been able to take it up, eventually finding out that its supposedly for new Amazon Prime members only - we were already on Amazon Prime. I let my Prime membership lapse, and I've just taken the offer up and it's applied to my account just fine. Looking at how this works, it'll add on the Prime membership fees to my mobile bill, but all that suggests to me is that you need to be on pay monthly - and so far as I can tell taking the offer has not involved any further credit checks!
Hope this helps!

Hi, if I try your scenario, can I recreate the Amazon account with the same contact information before (email address and phone number). Thanks
