Annual upgrade

Hi just wondering has anyone done annual upgrade recently since you can pay for a phone for 3yr now? I can annual upgrade soon I know the t&c are for the same monthly price or more but now they do a 3yr plan option was wondering if you can choose that instead of a 2yr so your contract would be cheaper. You're welcome @RLM123 - As @AnnS has advised above, with our EVO plans if you upgrade to one of these you have the flexibility to spread the cost of your phone across 12-36 months to create a monthly price that suits you. Have a nosey through our EVO page for more info on this 😊

Final question, I take it the EVO plans don’t have an annual upgrade option where you trade your phone in for no upgrade fee?

At the moment this isn't something we offer with EVO plans @simax - you'll be able to get a great saving when trading in your phone with us though 😀 You can find more when scrolling down to 'Terms and conditions' and reading 'Guaranteed Savings Trade-in' from the link @Evie provided above.
